Mike Hays, president and co-founder of SOHOS Network Inc.,  was recently honored as a  Web Visionary for his role in technology and web services for Celebration Centre, Frisco, TX. SOHOS Network, Inc. was founded by Mike Hays  in 1994. His love for learning about the Internet and helping others succeed in their businesses helped grow SOHOS (which stands for Small Office, Home Office Solutions).  He focused on applications and gained a reputation for solving challenges. 

His wife, Marian, focuses in non-programming areas.  SOHOS Network now includes Customer Service and technical support, and a growing number of services, satisfied customers, computers and servers.  

Both Mike and Marian are entrepreneurs and team players at heart.  They've turned "jobs" and "doing what they love" into businesses.  

They have a reputation for being well informed, intuitive, and willing to go the extra mile.   Mike's Internet savvy and web development  skills have helped others generate millions of dollars in online business.

In 1988, before it was "fashionable,"  Marian turned her "job" into a home based business so she could be an at-home mom.  She contracted with established and start-up companies, ultimately  guiding others in growing their businesses. 

She was also the Business Editor for Monday Magazine, a worldwide online ezine, published Success Perspectives, email based motivational messages, edited church newsletters, and taught continuing education classes.

Both Mike and Marian are currently Servant Leaders at Celebration Covenant Church, working with the tech team, the media team and Leadership Shapers.
